BCS-2® (= Basic-Capturing-System) is a reliable and efficient scanning client which has been installed over 2,000 times around the world. It is designed for the fast scanning, distribution and publication of documents, books, magazines and microfilm and incorporates numerous post-production functions.
The system supports all current scanners with network and HiScan interface and ISIS/TWAIN drivers. In other words, BCS-2® is compatible with practically every book, overhead, flatbed, continuous and microfilm scanner and digital photocopier on the market.
Simple and intuitive operation on the standard Windows interface (2000, XP and Vista) is one of BCS-2®'s hallmarks. The software's modular design enables its adaptation to specific requirements. BCS-2® delivers a clear function layout and maximum operating convenience.
BCS-2® Features:
- Multilingual user interface (language can be changed during use) Scans are clearly displayed in a thumbnail list
- Order management with indexing and the option of creating user-defined scan formats with export and import functions
